2) Terms of Service

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Techiox LTD ("we", "our", or "us").


2.2 Nature of the Service

The App is an anonymous social platform. Public content is anonymous to other users, but we may associate content with internal identifiers for safety, moderation, and legal compliance.

Public posts may be automatically screened before they are shown to other users. Other content (comments, group messages, private messages) may be restricted or removed after posting based on automated signals and user reports.


2.3 User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Exploit or harm minors
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Share violent, hateful, or extremist content
  • Share non-consensual intimate content
  • Distribute malware, spam, or scams
  • Attempt to bypass security or moderation systems
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent identity

You are solely responsible for your content and interactions.


2.4 Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to:

  • Use automated systems to detect policy-violating content and behavior
  • Act on user reports and safety signals
  • Restrict visibility, remove content, and enforce account restrictions
  • Report illegal activity to authorities where required by law or when necessary to protect users and the public.

Some enforcement is automatic; some may occur after content is posted.

We aim to review user reports within a reasonable timeframe, but do not guarantee response times.


2.5 Child Safety

We have zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors.

We may remove such content immediately and terminate related accounts.

We may preserve and report relevant information to appropriate authorities where required by law.


2.6 Appeals

If you believe your content or account was restricted in error, contact support at support@whispersocial.qzz.io.


2.7 Account Actions

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Suspected abuse or fraud
  • Legal or safety concerns

We are not liable for any loss resulting from account actions.


2.8 Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By posting content, you grant Whisper Social a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process the content for operating and improving the App.


2.9 Rewards, Points, and Incentives (if applicable)

If the App offers rewards, points, or monetary incentives:

  • Participation is optional
  • Rewards are not guaranteed
  • We may modify or terminate programs at any time
  • Rewards are based on internal criteria and anti-fraud mechanisms
  • Manipulation or abuse will result in disqualification or account termination

Rewards are not tied to ad interactions or deceptive behavior.


2.10 Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not responsible for user-generated content.


2.11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.


2.12 Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


2.13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.


3) Community Guidelines (Rulebook)

3.1 Core Principle

The App supports freedom of expression while prioritizing safety, legality, and respect.


3.2 Allowed Content

Users may share opinions, stories, humor, and creative expression, including controversial or sensitive topics, as long as they are lawful.


3.3 Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sexual content involving minors
  • Self-harm content (encouragement, threats, or instructions)
  • Hate or harassment (including threats)
  • Violence (threats, incitement, or glorification)
  • Illegal activity (including instructions or facilitation)
  • Threats or incitement to violence
  • Terrorism or extremist propaganda
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Doxxing or sharing personal information
  • Fraud, scams, or impersonation
  • Coordinated harassment
  • Malware or technical abuse

3.4 Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report content or behavior. We review reports and may take action including content removal, warnings, suspensions, or bans.

Posts may be screened before being shown broadly.

Comments, group messages, and private messages may be removed or restricted after posting based on automated detection and user reports.


3.5 Transparency

We reserve the right to interpret and enforce these guidelines. Enforcement decisions are final.
